Arc-Fi Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Arc-Fi Community Hub at arcfiai.com, including Daily Pulse, lessons, live classes, the community, LeadArc Pro and every related tool. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Education only

Everything in the Hub is general education. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Digital asset trading involves substantial risk, and you can lose some or all of the money you put in. Past results and example calculations never predict future results.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use this service where you live (see the Eligibility Policy).

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Arc-Fi will never ask for your wallet recovery phrase or private keys. Never share them with anyone.

3. How you use the Hub

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, scams, or posts promising returns or income.

Don't copy, record or re-upload member content (see the Member Content Protection Policy).

If you promote Arc-Fi, follow the Affiliate Agreement and Affiliate Marketing Policy.

Leads you upload must be people who agreed to hear from you. Don't upload bought or scraped lists.

4. LeadArc Pro

Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly by card or crypto. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Usage limits may apply to AI-powered tools.

5. Suspension

Arc-Fi may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the linked policies.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes in Announcements. If the changes are material, we'll ask you to agree again.
