Arc-Fi Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions Policy

1. Eligibility

1.1 Account holders must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, resident in a permitted jurisdiction, and able to complete identity verification.

1.2 One account is permitted per person or household unless Arc-Fi approves otherwise in writing.

1.3 Corporate and trust accounts require incorporation documents, a register of directors, and identification of each beneficial owner holding 25% or more.

2. Restricted jurisdictions

2.1 Arc-Fi does not provide services or pay referral commissions to residents, citizens or entities of the following jurisdictions:

2.3 This list is updated as legal requirements change. The version date appears at the foot of this policy.

3. Persons who may not hold an account

3.1 Anyone appearing on an applicable sanctions list.

3.2 Anyone under 18.

3.3 Anyone previously terminated by Arc-Fi for fraud or serious policy breach.

3.4 Anyone acting on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

4. Verification and enforcement

4.1 At registration, Arc-Fi records the applicant’s declared country, applies IP geolocation, blocks known VPN and proxy ranges, and rejects identity documents issued in restricted jurisdictions.

4.2 Arc-Fi reviews access locations periodically and requires re-verification when a member changes country.

4.3 Affiliates must declare the countries they market to and must not promote Arc-Fi in restricted jurisdictions.

4.4 Where an account is found to have been opened in breach of this policy, Arc-Fi freezes the account, returns the deposit to its source of origin less network fees, credits no trading profit, and reverses any commission paid on it.

4.5 Repeated breaches by an affiliate are grounds for termination under the Affiliate Agreement.

5. Changes

5.1 Arc-Fi may add jurisdictions to the restricted list at any time where required by law or by risk assessment. Affected members are notified and their funds returned in accordance with section 4.4.
