Arc-Fi Member Content Protection Policy

1. Ownership and licence

1.1 All content in the Arc-Fi back office — videos, lessons, decks, scripts, capture pages and documents — is the property of Arc-fi Limited and is protected by copyright.

1.2 Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that content while your account is active. It does not transfer ownership or any right to distribute.

2. Permitted use

2.1 You may view, read and work through any content in your account.

2.2 You may take your own written notes.

2.3 You may share your capture page or referral link so others can obtain their own access.

2.4 You may share materials Arc-Fi has marked shareable, unaltered.

3. Prohibited use

3.1 You may not screen record, screenshot, film, download, rip or transcribe Arc-Fi videos, webinars, replays or lessons.

3.2 You may not re-upload Arc-Fi content to any third-party service, including unlisted or private links.

3.3 You may not forward Arc-Fi documents, decks or scripts outside the platform.

3.4 You may not display Arc-Fi content on a shared screen to non-members.

3.5 You may not use Arc-Fi content to build a competing product, training or community.

3.6 You may not remove or obscure any watermark, notice or member identifier.

4. Recording and redistribution

4.1 Recording or capturing Arc-Fi content in any form is prohibited. This includes screen recording software, device recorders, screenshots, filming a screen, and automated transcription or scraping.

4.2 Videos display the viewing member’s name and member ID. Sessions are logged.

4.3 Content found in circulation outside the platform is treated as a Tier 3 violation under the Affiliate Marketing Policy: immediate suspension and, for affiliates, held commissions pending review. Distribution, resale or use in a competing offer results in termination and may lead to a copyright claim.

5. Account security

5.1 Your login is personal. Do not share your password or allow others to access content through your account. Activity under your login is treated as your own.

5.2 Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication.

5.4 Arc-Fi will never ask for your recovery phrase, private keys or exchange passwords, through any channel. Report anyone who does.

6. Acknowledgment

I understand that Arc-Fi content is licensed to me personally and is protected by copyright. I will not screen record, download, screenshot or redistribute it, and I will not share my login. I understand that my sessions are logged, that videos carry my name and member ID, and that breaking this policy may suspend or close my account, forfeit any commissions, and lead to legal action.
