Arc-Fi Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Arc-Fi Community Hub at arcfiai.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: September 27, 2026.

1. Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text). If you use Continue with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google.

Profile and activity: your avatar, language, lessons completed, missions, XP, community posts, class attendance and settings.

Agreement records: when you agree to our policies we save the date and time, the policy version, your device type and your internet (IP) address.

Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card number or wallet keys; we keep your plan, payment status and dates.

Email activity: whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, so we can keep sending reliable, useful messages.

Leads (LeadArc Pro): contact details that visitors submit on your capture pages, or that you upload, are stored so you can manage them. You are responsible for having their permission to contact them.

Technical data: basic browser storage used to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme and language.

2. How we use it

To run your account, the Hub, live classes, Daily Pulse and LeadArc Pro tools.

To process payments and manage your subscription, including renewal reminders.

To send account emails and, if you have not opted out, community updates and announcements in your chosen language.

To keep the Hub safe, prevent abuse and keep records of policy agreements.

Some features (such as translation, market explanations and post ideas) use AI services to process text. We do not use your personal information to train AI models.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Hub (hosting, database, email delivery, payments and AI processing), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. Your public profile (display name, avatar, XP and League position) and your community posts are visible to other members.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymize it, except records we must keep for legal, tax, payment or compliance reasons, such as agreement and payment records.

5. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from community emails anytime using the link in any email.

Update your profile and language from your account.

Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing clientscare@arc-fi.ai.

Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy law, and you can contact your local data protection authority.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. Arc-Fi will never ask for your wallet recovery phrase or private keys.

7. Age

The Hub is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes here and in Announcements.
