Arc-Fi Affiliate Marketing Policy
1. Scope and acceptance
1.1 This policy applies to every Arc-Fi affiliate, in every channel, from the moment you accept your Affiliate Agreement.
1.2 It covers websites, capture pages, funnels, email, SMS, social posts, stories, reels, livestreams, podcasts, webinars, group chats, direct messages, presentations and printed material.
1.3 You are responsible for anything published under your name, your team’s name, or by anyone you pay.
1.4 This policy applies while your account is active and for 12 months afterwards for material that remains published.
1.5 You accept this policy by checking the acknowledgment box in the back office or by promoting Arc-Fi in any way. Arc-Fi may update it and will post changes in Announcements; continued promotion means acceptance.
1.6 This policy sits alongside the Affiliate Agreement and the Member Content Protection Policy. Where they conflict, the Affiliate Agreement controls.
2. Education only
2.1 Arc-Fi materials are educational. Affiliates are not licensed to give financial advice and must not promise or imply a financial result.
2.2 Every marketing piece must carry all four of the following, legibly:
“Educational content only. Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.”
“Digital asset trading involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you put in.”
“I am an independent Arc-Fi affiliate and may earn compensation.”
Your own name or business name.
2.3 A disclaimer does not cure a claim made elsewhere in the same message.
3. Prohibited claims
3.1 You may never state or imply:

That learning this market takes time
Buy, sell or hold recommendations
Where to learn how it works
3.2 Testimonials may describe what someone learned or how they use the product. They may not include financial results. Written permission must be on file for every testimonial.
4. Use of Arc-Fi materials
4.1 Arc-Fi grants each affiliate a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use Arc-Fi names, logos and approved materials as provided, to promote Arc-Fi, while the account is active.
4.2 You may share your assigned capture page and referral links, post approved materials unaltered, write your own compliant posts, and direct prospects to official Arc-Fi pages.
4.3 You may not:
record, screen capture, download or re-upload back office content;
publish Arc-Fi videos or documents on any third-party platform, including unlisted or private links;
edit, crop, re-voice, translate or caption Arc-Fi materials;
use Arc-Fi names or logos in a domain, handle, page, app, ad account or email address;
bid on Arc-Fi trademarks in paid search;
speak for Arc-Fi or describe your material as official.
4.4 Send traffic only to your assigned links. Do not build independent sign-up forms collecting Arc-Fi prospect data, and do not sell, rent or share lead data.
5. Conduct
5.1 Place the required disclosures in the post itself, not only in a bio, comment or link tree. On video, state or display them.
5.2 Identify yourself as an independent affiliate in the first message of any direct outreach.
5.3 The same rules apply in group chats and private channels as in public posts.
5.4 Affiliates must not:
promise or imply any return, income or return of capital;
publish balances, profit and loss figures or trade results;
give buy, sell or hold recommendations;
use pressure, urgency or scarcity to recruit;
suggest anyone use borrowed money, credit, retirement savings, rent or emergency funds;
describe Arc-Fi as a bank, fund, savings account, broker or regulated product;
state or imply that Arc-Fi is registered, endorsed or approved by any regulator;
request or accept another person’s recovery phrase, private keys, exchange logins or wallet access;
accept funds from a prospect or trade on anyone’s behalf;
contact people who have opted out;
send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of anti-spam law;
promote Arc-Fi to anyone under 18;
promote another opportunity alongside Arc-Fi in the same message.
5.5 Affiliates are responsible for complying with the law in every market they address, including local licensing requirements and platform advertising policies.

6.1 Arc-Fi may act at any tier where the conduct or risk requires it.
6.2 Terminated affiliates must remove all Arc-Fi materials, branding and links within 5 business days.
6.3 Affiliates are responsible for what they publish and indemnify Arc-Fi as set out in the Affiliate Agreement.
7. Acknowledgment
I have read the Arc-Fi Affiliate Marketing Policy. I understand that Arc-Fi materials are educational only and are not financial advice. I will not make income, return or performance claims. I will not record, download or redistribute Arc-Fi content. I will include the required disclosures in my marketing. I understand that violating this policy may end my Affiliate Agreement and forfeit my commissions, and that I am responsible for what I publish.
